The three piston line pump is intended to be built in machines where constant supply of pressure 0-180 bars is required. Therefore, this pump is applied in machines for hot and cold washing, for washing industrial production lines and desalinizaters (marine and outboard production).
The three piston line pump consists of a driving mechanism and a hydraulic part. The driving mechanism is situated in a welded casing. The casing is rigid enough to carry the shaft with eccentres and crossheads with connecting rods. Combined lubrication with oil raising rings ensures long life of the bearings and crossheads.
The hydraulic part (head, piston, valves) is made of the following: the head of pig iron, bronze or stainless steel depending on the type of medium. Pistons are made of stainless steel whose working surface is covered by hard chrome or ceramics, while the valves are made of stainless steel. The pump drive is possible through a pulley or flange by flexible coupling directly connected to the driving motor.
